Bill Melendez is the director and voice actor from Happiness is the 1960s, Charlie Brown!. He is the animator for all the Peanuts specials until He's A Bully, Charlie Brown. He was also the voice actors for Snoopy and Woodstock. After his death, his voice was used for Snoopy and Woodstock for The Peanuts Movie and Thomas from The Peanuts Movie 2 and onward through archival recordings.
